Debra Magid
Debra Magid has spent a portion of the last 7 years working as a consulting Project Manager on three large scale signage and wayfinding projects. Collaborating with Two Twelve Associates, she was part of the team for the recently opened New Meadowlands Stadium, joint home of the football Jets and Giants. Also in the Meadowlands, she was Project Manager for the Meadowlands Xanadu entertainment retail complex. Currently, she is managing a campus wide signage and wayfinding program for the New York Presbyterian Weill Cornell Medical Center, encompassing a 6 scale block area on the East side of Manhattan. Her career experience also includes time as a Design Manger for the Rouse Company in charge of all tenant design and signage for South Street Seaport and 4 other shopping Malls owned by them in the New York Metro Area including Willowbrook Mall and Woodbridge Center. In the early part of her Career, Ms. Magid focused on Exhibition design working on projects for the Smithsonian Institution, The Boston Children’s Museum and the US Olympic Committee. Debra holds a degree in Industrial Design from the Rhode Island School of Design.
