Replacing a food court within the old Fulton Market building, "Topside" was a retail environment designed for short term merchants using landlord provided turnkey spaces. Working in conjunction with Communication Arts, Ms. Magid designed the overall naming signage as well as a bracket and panel system for tenant signs. The project signage utilized neon, back painted glass and sleek automotive finishes to help create a dynamic retail environment.
